Merry Christmas!

Our first Christmas in Southern California was a great one. After a ton of rain, we had a cool front (about 60 degrees) and a beautiful green landscape. The kids missed the snow, but Hector and I loved the sunshine (and not having to scrape snow off of our car).

We spent Christmas Eve with Hector's family. We toured the lights around town, ate a nice dinner and then built gingerbread houses. On Christmas morning, Hector's parents came over for breakfast and to watch the kids open presents and that night we went over to Hector's grandmother's house for Christmas dinner.
